I started this blog just to vent out some thoughts and feelings and didn't really know where it would go. Since I am working on bettering my health, diet and blood sugar it seemed a good way to share what I learn as I go.

I am in my late 30s with a husband and daughter that I adore. We live in South Carolina and have a few amazing friends. With most of our family hundreds of miles away everything has been a new experience or an experiment over the last few years.
